Stacey Trooskin, MD PhD, is the Director of Viral Hepatitis Programs at Philadelphia FIGHT Health Centers. She received her MPH from Yale University School of Public Health, her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and her PhD from Rutgers School of Public Health. She completed her internal medicine residency and infectious diseases fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Trooskin’s primary research interest focuses on health disparities and developing and evaluating models of HCV care. She has been an invited lecturer at numerous presentations focused on hepatitis C, HIV, barriers to care, and testing and linkage to cure. Dr. Trooskin is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) and the American Association of the Study of Liver Diseases. She also serves as the Community Co-Chair of the Hepatitis C Allies of Philadelphia (HepCAP).

Bio
Nancy Reau, MD, is Associate Professor of Medicine, Associate Director of Solid Organ Transplantation, and Section Chief of Hepatology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She received her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, where she completed a residency and fellowship in gastroenterology/hepatology followed by a second fellowship in advanced transplant hepatology at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Her primary research interests focus on viral hepatitis, liver transplantation, and complications of chronic liver disease.Dr Reau has authored or coauthored more than 100 peer-reviewed articles that have been published in journals such as Hepatology, Hepatitis Research and Treatment, and Clinics in Liver Disease.She has been an invited lecturer at numerous presentations focused on fatty liver disease, viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, and liver transplantation. Dr Reau is a fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association and American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD). Additionally, she is a member of the AASLD's HCV practice guideline committee and is Co-Chair of the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) of the American Liver Foundation, Illinois Chapter.

Activity Description
This activity is the first in a 3-part series covering the simplification and demystification of HCV management.
Method of Participation
There are no fees to participate in the activity. Participants must review the activity information including the learning objectives and disclosure statements, as well as the content of the activity. The activity has two components:
- a 1-hour online self-study completed at learners' convenience, and
- a 45-minute live Office Hours Webinar with faculty on November 8th, 2016 at 1:30 PM Eastern, which will be archived for learners who can’t attend the live session.
Learners must complete both components and complete the post-test (achieving a passing grade of 70% or greater) and program evaluation in order to claim CME/CNE credit. Your certificate can be printed immediately.
